A Bus Pass must be issued from school to any child wishing to travel on a country bus as a visitor. A note from the child's parent requesting permission must be sent to the school the day before the travel date.

FEES
School fees are essential to our operations.  The regular payment of fees and levies allows us to establish the best possible learning conditions for your child.

Accounts are sent to families at the commencement of each term of the school year. Fees can be paid weekly, fortnightly, per term or annually.  Credit Card,  Direct Debit, and the Centrepay facility are all available.

The level of fees is set after preparation of the School Budget each year and discussion at first Term Four School Advisory Council Meeting.

The charges for 2019 are as follows:
  • Family Fee $1090 annually (per family)
  • Student Book and Stationery  Levy $225 per student
  • Capital Levy $125 per family
  • Technology Levy $20 (students from Grade 3-6)

Your Term One Account will include the annual Family Fee, the Student Book and Stationery Levy, the Capital Levy, Excursion and Camp charges and Digital Technology Levy. It is expected that the Term One portion of the Family Fee and the Student Book and Stationery Levy are paid by the end of Term One. Regular direct debit payments can be made during the year.

As a commitment from our school and the Catholic Education Office Ballarat, we work hard to ensure that fee payments are not a barrier to enrolment. Families who foresee difficulty in meeting the payments of fees and levies should make an appointment to see the Principal. Arrangements to support your needs can be negotiated, however, an ongoing commitment is required.
