From our Principal

Dear families,

This week Catholics celebrated The Feast of the Trinity which invites us into the heart of Christian mystery — God as three Persons in one divine communion: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Trinity offers a living image of relational love, a model for human community and a source of hope in a fragmented world. When we act in love, seek justice, and embrace the other — especially those on the margins — we reflect the image of the Triune God.

As we celebrate this feast, let us contemplate the mystery not only with our minds, but also with our lives. In the words of St Catherine of Siena, “You are a mystery as deep as the sea; the more I search, the more I find.” May we continue to search, not for answers alone, but for ways of living in communion — with God, one another, and all creation.

Congratulations to our 5/6 team on a successful camp experience at Sovereign Hill. The students engaged in a range of activities and experienced what life was like in the 1850s.

Every blessing for the week ahead.

Roxanne

JLC "The History Box" Incursion

Today our JLC students attended an in school excursion called "The History Box", where they stepped back in time learning about what school was like in the olden days by playing with vintage toys and games, some even dating back to the 1800s. What a wonderful learning experience!
