Foundation Transition Program

We understand that starting school is an exciting milestone for children and their families. To support a positive and confident transition to school, all new Foundation students participate in a minimum of three orientation sessions during Term Four. These sessions take place within the Foundation classroom during a normal school day, allowing children to become familiar with their teachers, classmates, and learning environment before their first day of school.

Details regarding orientation dates and times will be provided to families during Term Three each year. Additional transition visits can also be arranged where required to ensure every child receives the support they need to make a successful and enjoyable start to their school journey.
